During 2017 and 2018, you [Devin] were harassed on twitter about cows.  Devin’s lawsuit against twitter: after the 2016 election, it began to control content, became very biased, and had a lot of fake accounts, mostly bots: slander, defamation, and death threats to my family and me. Last week, a judge ruled in my favor: twitter knew all along that it was negligent. Twitter founders had become billionaires; now have put the company in jeopardy by refusing to release the names running he fake accounts.  Suit in Virginia state court: against Liz Mair and two anonymous accounts. Liz Mair was hired by someone to smear me on the Net; was working closely with McClatchy.  Case is in discovery stage; they have till tomorrow to provide the information. How they’ve changed their algorithms to favor Democrats and work against conservatives.  So many anonymous accounts were conducting slander. Case is both on negligence, and on the facts  that they’ve allowed defamation and slander.   The billionaire owners are acting arrogantly..  What happens when it shows that many of their accounts were fake bots?  Misrepresentation to paying advertisers.  Note that if someone criticizes AOC (and that was a parody), he loses his own personal account.

This is not an anonymous whistleblower, since the media all know and the New York Times have published it.  The only ones who don't know are those vaguely-informed — low-information —  voters whom the Democrats are counting on keeping in the fold.
Thursday 10 October 2019/ Hour 1, Block C: Victor Davis Hanson, Hoover, in re: Governor Gavin Newsom announces that he’s banned small plastic shampoo bottles in California hotel rooms after 2023. No clue how to deal with millions of homeless people, or with the rolling blackouts.  Reservoirs, freeways, infrastructure — all desperately in need of work.  Gas is $4 a gallon (we have the highest gas taxes in the Lower 48; we ban fracking for new leases, requiring us to import from Saudi Arabia – we’re the largest gas consumers in the country); we have a drought and need reservoirs. In the last decade, 10 million people have entered Cali from Central America, so we had radically to expand Medical, education, etc.   Lots of middle-class and rich people have moved out of state – Greeks, Armenians, Basques, South & Central Americans, diminishing state tax income; which, incidentally, is at 13%. California is losing the very people who hire employees.
Roads are a mess. When 20% of the population barely speaks English, chances are that they don’t much know the rules of the road.

Thursday 10 October 2019/ Hour 1, Block D: Victor Davis Hanson, Hoover, in re:  Ukrainegate is a repeat of Russiagate, Kavenaugh-gate, Muellergate: allegation, then threat, all force-multiplied by media.    Emoluments clause, Logan Act, McCain, Stormy, Whistleblower One, and all the others: will a thousand nicks cause Trump to bleed to death?  Mr Durham of Connecticut.  They think they can impeach Trump; are scared of indictment?  Or the Andrew Johnson route: impeach in the House, and then maybe bring in Susan Collins, for example. Then they can say, “We have 51 votes in the Senate but the wicked Constitution unfairly requires more.” “If we don't impeach him we’ll lose the election.”
