       IDF has been called in to dvp quicker resources relating to the virus: food to homebound, and enforcing isolation.
       Syria:  ISIS is taking advantage of the spread of corona, and spreading conspiracy theories ha the US an Israel had created it, Iraq’s weak state capacity: it depends on oil, whose price is so low.  ISIS warned its members to avoid Europe. Trying to weaponize the pandemic. 
       Prisoner release in Syria, esp Idlib; Russia came down heavily. Kurds. Release of ISIS fighters can become another factor in Syria.
       Houthis fired two ballistic missiles to Saudi Arabia. US-based system took the two missiles down; it's all coming from Iran.  Also missiles from Gaza. Iranian agents dragged a dissenter into their embassy and murdered him there.   Another case in Germany, and another such in Denmark.       
       Iraq:  targetting troops.  New sanctions from State Dept.  IRGGC.

Phoenians flourished until Hannibal. They spread the alphabet. Archaeology shows them active in the 11th Century BCE.  “Silver Rush.”  A silver ring found at the Herodian palace near Bethlehem; it's inscribed with the name Pontius Pilate (“Pilatus”). The Pilate stone in Caesarea. [“Pontius” was a common name, but “Pilatus” was rare.]
 
Hour Three
Monday 30 March 2020 / Hour 3, Block A:  Capt. John Rotruck, Commander of USNS Mercy’s Medical Treatment Facility; in re:  The hospital ship USNS Mercy (T-AH-19) Is ready to receive patients and take the pressure off local civilian hospitals inundated by the coronavirus.  The plan is for the ship’s medical staff and 1,000-bed hospital facility to treat and provide care for non-COVID-19 adult patients, a move that would enable local hospitals focus to better on treatment and care for those infected with the virus.  The determination of patient transfers to the Mercy will be made at Los Angeles County’s multi-agency Medical Alert Center at the county’s emergency services offices in Santa Fe Springs, Calif. The MAC, which is staffed 24/7, is responsible for the round-the-clock coordination of patient transfers between private and county-operated hospitals and tracks the availability of hospital beds and status of patients from emergency calls, according to the county’s EMS website.
