Hour One
Monday  28 September 2015 / Hour 1, Block A: Bill Roggio, LongWarJournal.org; & Tom Joscelyn, Long War Journal senior editor;  in re: US-backed rebels handed over equipment to al Qaeda in Syria.  CENTCOM has conceded that rebels belonging to the so-called "New Syrian Forces" turned over equipment and ammunition to Al Nusrah Front, al Qaeda's official branch in Syria. This is the latest setback for the US effort to train and equip Syrian rebels. / Islamic Jihad Union claims to control areas along Afghan-Tajik border / THREAT MATRIX:The IJU claims it is "controlling many territories bordering Tajikistan," and released photographs purporting to show a small unit crossing into northern Afghanistan.  / Uighur jihadist group in Syria advertises ‘little jihadists’ / The Turkistan Islamic Party continues to highlight children in jihadist training. It is known to operate training camps for minors in both Syria and in the Afghanistan-Pakistan region.  / Foreign fighter group officially joins Al Nusrah Front / Jaish al Muhajireen wal Ansar, which is mainly composed of foreign fighters, has officially merged with the Al Nusrah Front, al Qaeda's official branch in Syria. Al Nusrah gains several hundred jihadists out of the deal, which was likely intended to bolster al Qaeda's hand in the Aleppo province.
Monday  28 September 2015 / Hour 1, Block B:
Uyghurs fighting in Turkestan Islamic Party (loves to put out videos), in Syria and other countries; effective jihadists – like Islamist Jihad; al have a stake in waging war in multiple countries.  Uyghurs fighting w Al WQ back to Tora Bora; groom groups in Xinjiang and Afgh to train.  In Tora Bora in 2001, Uyghurs blocked Americans from progressing, Twenty-two were captured and shipped to Guantamamo,  "Global jihad" means once you adopt that ideology, you fight everywhere.  JMWA – Army of ______ and Migrants. Tom testifying before House Foreign Affairs Committee on Tuesday.  Battlefield stretches fro the Atlantic to the Hindu Kush.
Monday  28 September 2015 / Hour 1, Block C: Gordon Chang, Forbes.com, in re: the burning issue of cyberespionage, by China – PLA hackers working for the Chinese military – as Xi Jinping visits the White House. "An understanding" is reached – what's that? The two presidents agree that neither would cyberhack each other's companies for commercial purpose. Since cybertheft is embedded in Chinese State security, China certainly won't stop. Pres Obama: "It has to stop."  Of course, the US president hasn't imposed any cost on China, so China won't stop.  Intellectual=property theft is structurally essential to the Chinese economy. If the US imposed sanctions on the thieving companies, that'd help. Also, tariffs across the board o all Chinese goods, it's be $300 million, and the Chinese would stop.  Xi's most important visit was in Seattle: wanted tech investment into China, and take their know-how and tech, He also wanted Zuckerberg to call the WH and object to its imposing sanctions on China.   Xi intimidated Gates long ago, but l the tech firms are scared of Chinese intense theft ethos. Who'll carry Chinese water? Tim Cook, Apple CEO.  . . . FB is blocked in China; so he won't hug Xi Jinping.  However, he did hug Modi.  Google, Adobe, Microsoft – a CEOs all born in India.  US-India relations s are being cemented by the free market.
Monday  28 September 2015 / Hour 1, Block D:  Charles Ortel, Phi Ventures, in re: The shortfall and mysterious filings of the Clinton Foundation(s). Cheryl Mills, and Huma Abedi who also worked for both Teneo and State.  Cheryl Mills was Mrs Clinton's chief of staff, not her lawyer, so not able to claim attorney-cient privilege Claim that they divided a massive pile of emails into personal and govt – but there's a third pile: they held back emails on Cheryl Mills' providing classified info to Pres Clinton and his staff as he was about to travel to DR Congo.  Did not disclose when first asked.  How this helps Clintons: billionaires give money to Clinton in order to get on the good side of a govt where rich minerals are – DR Congo being a prime example.  Oct 22: Gowdy Committee testimony.  Fdn in every state and every relevant foreign country, Ms Mills is an attorney, but was  a trustee for the fdn.  Alana Goodman has developed a [story] that Mrs C was using State info to pass to Bill Clinton to let major donors enrich themselves.  State Dept is in a position of tremendous influence with countries having huge resources. Fdn began in Arkansas;  "unregulated pools of money".

Key Points
1. Operating and solicitation frauds involving Clinton Foundation are simple to prove, substantial and not "distractions".
2. Illegal activities from 2002 through 2013 happened while Lois Lerner held key supervisory roles--the IRS had to have known major infractions were ongoing, yet failed to police.
3. In light of abundant evidence, why are authorities in key U.S. states and nations holding back, letting the Clinton Foundation fleece some donors and reward others who seek to purchase influence in a Hillary Clinton White House using tax deductible donations, rather than after tax campaign contributions.
Additional Background  nuggets from emails that are finally coming out, having been defiantly withheld by Hillary Clinton's allies at State Department.  How many "personal" emails that may have been destroyed, really showcased how intertwined the Clinton Foundation was with State Department funds/influence and with private parties via Teneo.
Suspicious Nugget #1 (from emails): Why did Rockefeller Foundation spend millions with Teneo (an advisory/PR firm) and why was Teneo pushing RF president Judith Rodin for State Department advisory roles,  around the time that Huma Abedin was working FOUR jobs: for Teneo, State. Clinton Foundation and Hillary personally?
Suspicious Nugget #2 (from emails): Why did State believe it was proper to withhold for so long an email string covered by Alana Goodman? http://freebeacon.com/politics/clinton-aide-shared-classified-information-with-foundation-email-shows/ that has Cheryl Mills providing classified info to the Clinton Foundation re: Congo--a nation where Foundation donors attempted to score private investment projects?
Bonus Point: Finally, the brewing spat between Hillary Clinton and the Chinese is amusing--wait until the Chinese appreciate the Clinton Foundation started operating there illegally back in 2004! https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/worldviews/wp/2015/09/28/hillary-clinton-called-xis-speech-shameless-and-the-web-went-wild/

Hour Two
Monday 28 September 2015 / Hour 2, Block A: David M Drucker, Senior Congressional correspondent, Washington Examiner; and John Fund, NRO, in re: Mrs Clinton's email puzzle. How to do a thousand-piece opuzzle wtith 550 parts. Why did she set up a private server.  Normal penchant for secrecy and engaged in private business for the Clinton Fdn. The Benghazi: enormously embarrassing, When it finally became public, which though she'd wiped the server clear – but hadn’t and the FBI now has it.  Mrs Clinton has hired the best Dem ops. But good campaign ops cannot fix a bad candidate, Mrs C cannot connect with people above flaws like this. Recall Mitt Romney's flaws as a candidate – were he a Democratic woman, he'd be Mrs Clinton. She strikes me as unable to believe that this is what her campaign has devolved into – she can't tell the truth because she can't say she set up a private server so no one would ever have access, and she didn't think about national security, so she's in a bind, She winds up talking about lawyers ad investigators.  Bernie Sanders is up to 35%.  Were it I, I'd hold a Christ Christie-style press conference and let people ask questions till they're exhausted. But that might not solve it.  Actually putting natl security at risk is a "no-no." If Biden enters, Clinton will have Defcon III oppo research and destroy him.  Elizabeth Warren might enter, but Mrs Clinton thinks she's an extremist and Mrs C can beat her. Nixon couldn't handle the technology; neither can Mrs Clinton – "daughter of Nixon."  People connected with Bill so cut him some slack. Mrs C signed an agreement with Obama asserting that she'd keep govt an personal finances separate, and she did not do that.
Monday 28 September 2015 / Hour 2, Block B: David M Drucker, Senior Congressional correspondent, Washington Examiner; and John Fund, NRO, in re: the businessman from New York, Mr Trump was a bit outdone by the Mars water announcement; but cutting the corp tax rate from 35% to 15%.  His only other record on taxes was for raising taxes , so the Club for Growth has been beating him over the head. Now he has an adjusted record.  Good reviews from Grover Norquist crew.  Trump does sound reminiscent of Obama's "Rich must pay their fair share." A lot of his tax plan is sound public policy; key is messaging. Michael Auslin, AEI, on China: GOP remarked on Xi – and Sen Rubio's name keeps coming up.  He's among the most fluent, knowledgable, in foreign policy I the GOP.  He engenders excitement in the same way John Kennedy once did.
Monday 28 September 2015 / Hour 2, Block C:  David Grinspoon, Planetary Institute, in re: NASA Confirms Signs of Water Flowing on Mars, Possible Niches for Life  Scientists have for the first time confirmed liquid water flowing on the surface of present-day . . .
Monday 28 September 2015 / Hour 2, Block D:  Paul R Gregory, Hoover, in re: On Syria, Putin goes for his holy grail  Ahead of his meeting with Obama at UN, Russian ruler has gone from shadows of isolation to a major deal maker with the West.  On Monday September 28, Russia’s president will propose to the UN General Assembly his plan for a broad coalition to defeat ISIS.  His words will be backed by clear evidence of a substantial Russian military buildup in Syria, including Russian fighters entering Syrian airspace with transponders off. Whereas Russian troops and equipment were delivered to Ukraine in strict secrecy, the Kremlin seems to be purposely telegraphing its military moves in Syria to tee up Putin’s speech.

Opinion Journal: Declining Support for Trump?  Editorial Page Editor Paul Gigot on the latest NBC News/ WSJ poll of primary voters.
Monday  28 September 2015 / Hour 3, Block B: Mary Kissel, Wall Street Journal Editorial Board & host of Opinion Journal on WSJ Video; in re: Opinion Journal: India’s Prime Minister Pitches Reform  Council on Foreign Relations Senior Fellow Alyssa Ayres on India's Prime Minister's trip to the U.S. / Opinion Journal: Putin’s Syria Power Play ; Editorial Page Editor Paul Gigot on the Russian dictator’s meeting with President Obama Monday.
Monday  28 September 2015 / Hour 3, Block C:  Michael Ledeen, FDD, in re: http://www.forbes.com/sites/michaelledeen/2015/09/26/were-losing-the-war-do-something/
Monday  28 September 2015 / Hour 3, Block D:   Richard Sousa, Hoover, in re: Trump is clearly espousing a message of change from business as usual. Tapping into voter discontent, his message resonates with a large bloc of the electorate. He is reaching those voters who feel left out, whose voices are not heard—people who are angry with the system as a whole. Just as candidate Obama offered a program of “hope and change” in 2008, candidate Trump (channeling candidate Reagan from 1980) is offering to “make America great again.” Trump sees that people are angry, and he, in turn, says that when he becomes president, things will be different. He argues that he’ll run the U.S. government like a business, creating new jobs and generating profit for all. Of course, he rarely brings up two key facts. First, his business success has been tumultuous—he was forced to file for bankruptcy four times. Second, he is not a self-made man—he received a great deal of his wealth and his start in business through inheritance…
