Terrible news about Holt ceasing production of Pellegrino's book, esp. for reasons that impugn his credibility as a credentialed scientist as well as a historian. Not too worried about Cameron not making the movie, which might have been another fanciful anti-America screed like Avatar. That it would have been attributed as "based on book by Charles Pellegrino" would have just sullied Pellegrino's reputation IMO.
Any links to the Cameron statement in toto and Pellegrino's description of the warring factions?
Also it occurs to me that Holt might be carrying Amazon's water over Pellegrino's outspokenness on the Amazon boycott of publishers who were negotiating with Apple.
