The outsourcing and offshoring debate twists and turns, and the new noise from the Romnoids (above) answers the Obamnoids noise of two weeks ago (below). Spoke Larry Kudlow, Victor Hanson, re the OFA effort to smear Romney as villainous plutocrat who means to send American jobs to China for a payoff by the princelings of Asia. General opinion is that no one is listening but those of us paid to listen and report.  As Victor Hanson writes, the voters have "tuned out" Obama.  OFA could announce it has discovered the Great Pumpkin buried in a melting Greenland Glacier, and we would turn away to what we really like, such as waiting on the new Batman.  Spoke Sean Trende, RealClearPolitics, who advises that what the Washington Post/ABC poll shows again is that the election has not moved in months and will not move (barring accident) until November.  Tied 47 to 47.  Another way to read this noise, is that everyone has made up his mind who cares to, and a low 4% or less of uninterested, alienated voters will decide the last days to vote or not to vote for Obama.  The election is all about Obama.  Romney is a stand-in for NotObama.  My small measure, returning from Montana, is that even the folk who voted for him the first time wish that he had more to show for four years of bloviating and spending.  Gee.  My small other measure is that Obama is child-like in his exhortations and explanations, and we can't easily disdain a tenderfoot, no matter his errors, tantrums, limits.
